Activities
Great Guana Cay is one of the most peaceful islands in the Bahamas, with serene beaches and a very tranquil and informal atmosphere.

Here you will find enough activities for the whole family. Fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating and walking on the beautiful white beaches.

When you feel hungry or thirsty, the three local seaside establishments are open from early in the morning until late at night.

It is perfectly safe and centrally located to walk and everything is within walking distance from Dennis' rentals. Some people prefer to rent a golf cart to see all the sights the island has to offer.

The famous bar "Nippers Bar and Grill" with an airconditioned inside restaurant is on the same Atlantic Ocean side as Dennis Vacation Rental at Great Guana Cay, only a stones throw away, yet mostly out of reach of the sound of music played at the bar at night.

A five minute walk from the property takes you to "Grabbers Bar & Grill". You may want to stop for refreshments at "Pirates Cove" on the way.

How to get there
You fly in to Marsh Harbour Airport on Great Abaco Island, take a 8 minute taxi ride to the ferry dock and make sure your flight lands in time for you to catch the last ferry to Great Guana Cay. The ferry ride is only 35 minutes, and the last one leaves at 5.45pm.

You will be picked up from the ferry dock in a golf cart, (the walk is only 5 minutes).
